Hampshire Linux Users Group first meeting.
As a follow-up to my previous posting about the new group..
First Meeting.
Date: 13th June
Time: 7:30pm sounds good
Venue: Potts Brewery/Inn nr Cheriton.
Cheriton is on the A272 between West Meon Hut and Winchester.
This is just a general get-together/where do we go from here type
meeting, so let's just have Fun 'n Beer..
Don't worry if you can't make it as we will have a 2nd meeting again
soon and choose a different venue to give everyone a chance to go to a
meeting near to them.

How to find "The Flower Pots" pub in Cheriton
I'll assume that everyone is able to find the A272 on their road maps. In
which case, most people are going to be comming down the A272 from one of
two directions:
Heading east from Winchester and the M3
=======================================
Simply keep heading down the A272 until you hit a x-roads that is signposted
for Cheriton/New Alresford on your left and Bishops Waltham on your
right. Take the left. Simply keep on down this road for a short while,
you'll follow a bend into Cheriton proper, the Pots will be on your right
hand side.
Heading west from Petersfield and The West Meon Hut
===================================================
After the Meon Hut junction, keep heading down the A272 until you see a sign
for "New Cheriton". You'll them come to a x-roads, on your left will be the
"New Cheriton Filling Station", turn right towards Cheriton and New Alresford.
Follow the road round until you hit a right hand bend into the village
center with a road joining from the left, take the road to the left. A
little way down the road you'll find the Pots on your left hand side.
