The Gauls don't give up, Les 嬰itions Albert Renfinally hasn't only
charged MobiliX - Unix on Mobile Devices, but at least
two other German Linux companies. Since
August 12th the owner of the domain masterix.de has got a charge.
Unknown from the public the Skroblin GmbH owner of skrobelix.de
was charged some time ago. All three projects do work related to
Linux.
The owners of Skrobelix and Masterix probably don't want to take the
risk of loosing in court, since their opponent is a million-dollar
company. On their webpages they are announcing to withdraw their
domains. Werner Heuser, owner of the trademark MobiliX, fights
back in court. In the first court he has won already, but since
August 12th the court has received an appelation. If the trademark
trouble continues trough every of the three possible courts,
there will be approximately 60.000 USD fees for lawyers and
courts, the charge itself is up to 250.000 USD.

It contains more than 500 projects ending on "iX". Now the
question is, when will Les ノditions Albert Renalso charge the
owners of the trademark UniX?
